Another clash of Texas, and another win for Dallas Mavericks, as they overcame Houston 111-106, with another brilliant game from their superstar Luka Doncic.

Luka dropped 39 points, 12 rebounds, and eight assists. He scored 29 points in the second half to lead the comeback.

I was not worried in the first half. I just needed to be more aggressive. That’s what I did in the second half. In the first half, I was passive, and it didn’t work well for us,” Luka said after the game.

He’s averaging 45/11/10 in his last six games, with three 50-point games in that span.

Alperen Sengun scored 16 points for the losing side, Usman Garuba added six points, and Davis Bertans and Frank Ntilikina went scoreless for the Mavs.

Led by Joel Embiid, the Philadelphia 76ers defeated New Orleans Pelicans 120-111.

The Cameronian, potentially a French national team player, scored 42 points with 11 rebounds and is leading the NBA in 40-point games over the last three seasons.

On the other side, Jonas Valanciunas scored 12 points with 12 rebounds, while Willy Hernangomez was also near a double-double with nine points end eight boards.

Minnesota Timberwolves beat Denver Nuggets 124-111, slowing down two-time MVP Nikola Jokic.

The Serbian center scored “only” 24 points, with nine assists and seven rebounds. One of his weakest performances lately.

Vlatko Cancar didn’t help much with just two points, while Rudy Gobert scored eight points, with four rebounds and three assists for the Minneapolis side.

Golden State Warriors won 143-141 against Atlanta Hawks thanks to a brilliant performance from Klay Thompson and Kevon Looney’s putback in the last seconds of the second OT.

Thompson scored 54 for the winning team, while Bogdan Bogdanovic was among the top scorers of the losing side with 21 points.

Portland Trailblazers easily won against Detroit Pistons 135-106, as Jusuf Nurkic scored just three points, while Bojan Bogdanovic was the top scorer of the losing side with 21 points.

Los Angeles Clippers lost to Miami Heat 100-110, with Ivica Zubac scoring ten and Nicolas Batum seven points for the LA team.
