Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo injured his right wrist in the second quarter of Thursday’s 112-100 win against the Chicago Bulls.

The Greek Freak suffered a sprain after running into the stanchion while attempting to block a shot at the rim from Bulls guard Coby White. No details are known yet about his condition and the question is if this injury can affect his participation in the upcoming All-Star Game where he is one of the two captains with LeBron James.

Antetokounmpo scored two points, grabbed seven rebounds, and made three assists in nine minutes, which were good enough to crown him the all-time leader in assists in Bucks history.

Thanks to this result the Bucks are now half a game behind the Celtics for the top of the East while having a 12-win streak, tied for the longest this year in the NBA.

Brook Lopez scored a season-high 33 points. Jevon Carter had 22, while Georgian Sandro Mamukelashvili added two points and five rebounds and Thanasis Antetokounmpo also scored one with two rebounds.

Montenegrin big man Nikola Vucevic had 22 points and 16 rebounds for the losing side, with both teams missing key players, including Chicago’s top scorer DeMar DeRozan.

Thanks to a solid fourth quarter, Washington beat Minessota 114-106 with Latvian Kristaps Porzingins scoring 14 points and Israel Deni Avdija adding 10, while Bradley Beal put on a show with 35.

French center Rudy Gobert had a huge double-double with 17 points and 19 rebounds but it was not enough.

Croatina big man Ivica Zubac had a big impact with 13 points and 12 rebounds in Clippers’ win over the Suns 116-107.
