Goran Dragic was waived by the Chicago Bulls, the club announced Tuesday (28/2). The Slovenian guard had joined the team on August.
Per Bulls:
“The Chicago Bulls announced that the team has waived guard Goran Dragić.
Dragić (6-3, 190) appeared in 51 games for the Bulls this season, averaging 6.4 points, 1.4 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 15.4 minutes per game. Dragić originally signed with Chicago on Aug. 2, 2022.”
Dragic becomes a free agent and can sign with any club once he clears waivers. A veteran of 848 NBA games, the 36-year-old player has been a member of such teams as the Phoenix Suns, Miami Heat, Houston Rockets, Brooklyn Nets and the Toronto Raptors apart from the Bulls.
