Klay Thompson was spectacular, the Warriors shut down the Lakers while scoring 83 points in the second and the third period combined and got an easy 127-100 win to tie the Western Conference semifinal series at 1-1.

Thompson scored 30 points in 31 minutes with 8/11 threes as Golden State dominated the game. Steph Curry added 20 points and 12 rebounds, while JaMychal Green was a starter and scored 15.

Green was used in the starting lineup instead of Kevon Looney who was ill and played just 12 minutes, having six points and eight rebounds.

LeBron James kept the Lakers alive in the first half by scoring 21 of his 23 points, Rui Hachimura added 21 points, but the problem for the Lakers was Anthony Davis’ performance who added only 11 points and seven rebounds, number by far lower than his 30-20 output in Game 1.

German guard Dennis Schroder had four points, three rebounds and two assists for the Lakers who hope that they can bounce back with the series moving to Los Angeles.

After all, the Lakers already got a road win and can get a clear advantage at home.
