As reported by ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, the Utah Jazz and Talen Horton-Tucker will continue playing together, after the player’s decision to exercise his $11 million player option.
Joining the Utah Jazz as part of the trade which sent Patrick Beverley to the Los Angeles Lakers, the 22-year-old averaged 10.7 points, 3.2 rebounds per game, and 3.8 assists per game with the franchise after being selected with the 42nd pick by the Orlando Magic in the 2019 NBA Draft.
Another NBA player will continue with last year’s team, as Ish Wainwright will return to Phoenix. The Suns, in fact, as reported by The Athletic’s Shams Charania, have exercised the $1.9 million team option for the 28-year-old, who averaged 4.2 points and 2.3 rebounds per game and who also played in Germany and with SIG Strasbourg in the past.
