Omer Yurtseven will become an unrestricted free agent with the Miami Heat not extending him a qualifying offer.

The Turkish center who left Fenerbahce for the US when he was just a teenager has the obvious option to return to Europe and specially to one of the EuroLeague Turkish teams, Fenerbahce and Anadolu Efes.

However it remains to be seen if the 25-years old player may get another NBA chance or not.

This season, following injury woes and an absence from Eurobasket 2022 and the Turkish national team, Yurtseven has a limited role in Miami’s run to the NBA Final.

However, he is still considered one of the top Turkish players.
