NBA big man Frank Kaminsky is reportedly at a crossroads. Finishing last season in Houston, the former 9th pick in the 2015 NBA draft has two EuroLeague teams checking him. To be exact, Partizan and Maccabi have shown interest in acquiring Kaminsky.

Mozzart Sport followed up and got confirmation from the Priority agency that represents Kaminsky. As the Serbian news outlet states, Kaminsky is still prioritizing another NBA contract, but Partizan and Maccabi certainly showed interest.

Both Partizan and Maccabi are on the market for a big man. The Belgrade team is looking for a main option at the center position after Mathias Lessort left to join Panathinaikos.

The interest of the Israelis in the former NCAA finalist was reported earlier in the month, however, Partizan’s inquiries may speed things up.

Frank Kaminsky was selected as the ninth overall pick by the Charlotte Hornets in the 2015 NBA Draft. After spending four seasons with the Charlotte Hornets, Kaminsky became a free agent and signed with the Phoenix Suns in the summer of 2019. He played for the Suns during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 NBA seasons. In 2022 Kaminsky signed a one-year deal with the Atlanta Hawks, and in February of the following year Kaminsky, Justin Holiday, and two future second-round draft picks were traded to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Bruno Fernando and Garrison Mathews.

Frank Kaminsky is now an unrestricted free agent.
