Philadelphia 76ers traded James Harden, P.J. Tucker and Filip Petrusev to LA Clippers for Nicolas Batum, Marcus Morris, Robert Covington, KJ Martin and multiple draft picks, but could flip some of the gained assets for All-Star-caliber player to continue building championship contending team around Joel Embiid.
Michael Scotto from HoopsHype reports that there are some names to potentially keep an eye on, including Detroit Pistons‘s Croatian forward Bojan Bogdanovic.
“Some potential targets to keep an eye on for Philadelphia include Zach LaVine, who can spread the floor and OG Anunoby, who is loved by coach Nick Nurse, which I think is important. He offers two-way versatility on both sides of the ball, and the 76ers will have the necessary cap space to re-sign him this summer. Other names Philadelphia will monitor include Cavaliers All-Star guard Donovan Mitchell and Pistons forward Bojan Bogdanovic, I’m told“, Scotto reports.
Bogdanovic went to Detroit Pistons in a trade from Utah Jazz last summer and had the most productive NBA season to date, with 21,6 points per game. He was frequentlly a subject of trade speculations, but eventually remained in the Motor City.
Former Cibona and Fenerbahce player is still to participate in the 2023/24 season due to calf injury.
