French Victor Wembanyama ended up with 24 points behind 6/13 field goals, including 2/5 from beyond the arc. Lasting 25 minutes in Cleveland, his tally additionally featured nine rebounds, five blocks, three assists, and one steal. From a fast start to trailing most of the way, his side went from a 16-point deficit to shooting distance in the bottom end of the fourth quarter but fell short of completing a crazy comeback.

The Cavs honoring Cedi Osman for his contributions from 2017 to 2023 with a tribute video confirmed an emotional evening for the Turkish forward. He ended up with nine points, six rebounds, one assist, and one steal as the Spurs fell to 5-30.

Polish starter Jeremy Sochan registered 11 points, five rebounds, and four assists. However, Georgian Sandro Mamukelashvili did not play for the team coached by Gregg Popovich and French Sidy Cissoko was on assignment with the Austin Spurs.

Paving the way for the Cavaliers in a third straight win, Jarrett Allen posted a 29-point, 16-rebound double-double plus a highlight block capping off his matchup with Wemby.

In Barclays Center, the Portland Trail Blazers edged out an overtime win, 134-127, over the Brooklyn Nets. Belgian Toumani Camara chipped in five points, six rebounds, one assist, and one steal. French Rayan Rupert did not play.
