One of the most anticipated clashes in the NBA before the start of the Regular Season was the one between Kristaps Porzingis and Alperen Sengun. After the first one with the 32-point blowout win by Boston, the Celtics doubled it up by once again beating the Rockets 116-107.
The Turkish superstar had a triple-double of 24 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists, shooting 10/18 from the field and 4/4 at the free-throw line. On the other side, Kristaps Porzingis had a 32-point night with 6 rebounds against Houston. He also had 5 blocks – one of them came late in the game against Sengun.
“Each night, it can be a different guy who has a good game. We have that trust in each other that we’re willing to sacrifice to get a guy the ball if he’s having a good night, and tonight was my night. We just took advantage of the mismatches”, the former Dallas Mavericks player commented after the victory.
