Giannis Antetokounmpo faced the Detroit Pistons again, securing a triple-double this time.
After narrowly missing out on assists in their recent encounter, Giannis scored 31 points with 17 rebounds and 10 assists, contributing to the Milwaukee Bucks‘ 113-122 road victory.
Antetokounmpo showcased a consistent stellar performance, averaging 30/12/10 over his last three games as the Bucks improved to a 30-13 record. Bojan Bogdanovic added 15 points, and Danilo Gallinari contributed nine points for the Pistons, who suffered their 49th loss.
In contrast, despite Luka Doncic’s impressive performance, the Dallas Mavericks couldn’t secure a win against the Boston Celtics, losing 110-119 at home.
Doncic finished the game with 33 points, 18 rebounds, and 13 assists, surpassing LeBron James to become third all-time in 30-point triple-doubles.
Other European players also delivered notable performances. Nikola Vucevic of the Chicago Bulls recorded 19 points, 17 rebounds, and seven assists in a 115-113 loss to the Phoenix Suns.
Domantas Sabonis led the Sacramento Kings to a 122-107 victory over the Atlanta Hawks, achieving a double-double with 14 points and 21 rebounds, while Sasha Vezenkov contributed eight points.
On the losing side, Bogdan Bogdanovic had 18 points, and Clint Capela secured a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
