The Raptors are trading Dennis Schroder to the Nets for Spencer Dinwiddie, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Veteran big man Thaddeus Young is also included in the deal, per the same report, moving also from Toronto to Brooklyn.

This will be the seventh team for Schroder in the NBA after Atlanta, Oklahoma City, Boston, the Lakers, Houston, and Toronto.

The German point guard is averaging this year 13.7 ppg and 6.1 asp, however, he is coming from a historic triumph with the German national team, winning the FIBA World Cup.

With Brooklyn being, like Toronto, fighting for a spot in the play-ins of the East, it remains to be seen if the move will earn him a spot in the post season.
