Luka Doncic continued to push boundaries with his seventh triple-double in 2024, but it wasn’t enough for the Dallas Mavericks to secure a victory.

Celtics crush Warriors; Gobert’s double-double falls short vs Clippers
Boston Celtics handed the Golden State Warriors a devastating loss, winning in TD Garden 144-80. They recorded the third-largest win in franchise history, leading at halftime 82-38, which is their largest halftime surplus ever.
The Celtics dominated from the get-go, even without Kristaps Porzingis, but Svy Mykhailiuk found some time on the court to score eight points with four rebounds.
Jaylen Brown led the way with 29 points, while Jayson Tatum added 27 points for Boston. On the other side, the quartet of Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, Steph Curry, and Chris Paul scored a combined 18 points, with Dominican Lester Quinones being the top scorer with 17 points.
While Golden State was getting trashed in TD Garden, the Minnesota Timberwolves and LA Clippers played what looked like a playoff game at Target Center, with the guests from Los Angeles eventually winning 88-89.
Rudy Gobert had a good game for the losing side, reaching a double-double of 12 points and 16 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to help his team win.
The Clippers were led by Kawhi Leonard, who scored 32 points, while the 2023 World Cup winner Daniel Theis scored four points but was the top rebounder for the winning team with 13 boards. Ivica Zubac added two points and two rebounds.
