With 11 games on the NBA program, European players were expected to leave their mark, and they delivered.

Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to a 105-115 road win over the Utah Jazz with another triple-double, scoring 29 points, 13 assists, and 12 rebounds, while Lauri Markkanen had 34 and seven for the losing side.

The Slovenian star is playing in tremendous form, averaging a 30-point triple-double in March.

However, he’s not leading the league in triple-doubles, with Domantas Sabonis at the top of that list. Lithuanian center recorded his 25th during the Sacramento Kings’ 108-96 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Sabonis scored 11 points on just five shots from the field but also dished 10 assists and grabbed 13 rebounds. He also joined Wilt Chamberlain and Nikola Jokic as the only centers with 25+ triple-doubles in a season.

The son of the legendary Arvydas Sabonis has 54 straight double-doubles as well, the most by any player since the merger. It’s worth mentioning again that Domantas Sabonis wasn’t an All-Star this season.

Of course, the night couldn’t pass without Nikola Jokic also making a show, as the Serbian center dominated in a 128-103 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies in limited time.

Jokic spent around 30 minutes on the floor during three quarters, almost reaching a triple-double with 29 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists.
