Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to their second win against the Los Angeles Clippers, securing a 2-1 lead in the NBA Playoff series. After the game, he addressed his knee issues.

Not good. I felt it before I hit the knee. We’ll know more tomorrow, but you know me, I’ll try to go anyways,” Doncic said.

The third game of the series was also marked by an altercation between Russell Westbrook and P.J. Washington, with the Dallas forward stepping in to defend Doncic after Westbrook made a bad foul on him.

Amazing. I have nothing else to say. He’s a team player, he helps all of us, and I’m just really happy we got him on our team,” Luka said of Washington.

The Slovenian star tries to stay calm in these heated moments.

When you play basketball, there’s always going to be some. We stayed focused, locked in, and just played the game. I’m used to that. I’m used to players coming at me. I just try to stay calm and keep playing basketball.”

He also had a special guest in the stands, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.

I knew he was coming. It was amazing. You can see the best club at Real Madrid. The president came to see my game, it was a special moment. I can’t even explain it, and I was really happy when I realized he was coming.”
