Tragically passing away at 33 years old, former professional player and Aaron Gordon’s brother Drew Gordon died in a car accident in Portland
Playing in college with UCLA and the New Mexico Lobos, he went undrafted in the 2012 NBA Draft and decided to move overseas, where he signed with Partizan in the EuroLeague, where he played alongside Nikola Milutinov, Bogdan Bogdanovic, and Davis Bertans among others.
From then, he also played with Dinamo Sassari, Rytas Vilnius, Zenit Saint Petersburg, Avtodor Saratov, Lokomotiv Kuban, Zielona Gora, and other teams in Europe. He played 9 games in the 2014-15 NBA with the Philadelphia 76ers.
Messages of condolences were sent from the basketball community worldwide to his family, including his brother Aaron.
