The 2023 FIBA World Cup winner and German national team player Moritz Wagner is staying with the Orlando Magic.
He’s returning to the Florida team on a two-year deal worth $22 million, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
Mo Wagner will therefore continue playing for Orlando with his younger brother Franz, who’s entering the final year of his rookie deal with the Magic.
The 27-year-old center arrived in the NBA as the 25th overall pick in the 2018 Draft and spent a season with the Los Angeles Lakers before moving to the Washington Wizards.
After almost two years, including a brief stint with the Boston Celtics, Moritz joined Orlando in 2021 and is due to stay until 2026 with the new contract.
