Former Partizan guard PJ Dozier has agreed on a one-year deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski
Dozier returns from a season in Europe after a torn ACL injury in late 2021, when he was playing for the Nuggets, and ended up signing in Belgrade last summer.
In the EuroLeague, Dozier averaged 9.2 points, 3 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.3 steals.
The 27-year-old Dozier proved that he still has the talent for the NBA, even if he was part of a Partizan roster that couldn’t meet the high expectations the club has.
However, on a personal note, Dozier had a solid season and most importantly he was in full health without any issues.
The undrafted player has already six NBA seasons under his belt, three of them with the Nuggets.
