Adrian Wojnarowski broke another big trade, with Russell Westbrook moving from the LA Clippers to the Utah Jazz, only to get waived so he could sign with the Denver Nuggets.

One European player was involved in the mentioned trade, with the Clippers trading Balsa Koprivica’s draft rights to the Jazz.

Koprivica was the 57th pick in the 2021 NBA draft. The Charlotte Hornets chose him and traded him to the Detroit Pistons.

Last summer, his draft rights were traded again to the Los Angeles Clippers for $2.1 million.

Now his rights have moved again to Salt Lake City, and all this time Koprivica stayed in Belgrade, playing for Partizan. Last season he averaged 3.3 points and 1.7 rebounds in 14 EuroLeague appearances, with 8.3 minutes per game on the floor.
