A veteran of 105 games played with the Phoenix Suns between the Regular Season and the Playoffs, Frank Kaminsky reunited with the franchise, hoping to earn a spot on the 2024-25 roster.

Kaminsky, 31, used his overseas options and joined Partizan Mozzart Bet last summer. After one year in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, AdmiralBet ABA League, and domestic Serbian competitions with the Belgrade outfit, he returned to the NBA.

His agency Priority Sports announced the deal with the team coached by Mike Budenholzer on Thursday. His contract corresponds to a training camp invite, heading to the 2024 NBA Preseason, according to Gerald Bourguet of PHNX Sports.

Moving his talents to the EuroLeague, he tallied 8.9 points per game behind 55% from the field. The former Wisconsin standout added 3.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.4 steals, and 0.2 blocks per contest over 30 appearances, including 17 features in the starting lineup of legendary head coach Zeljko Obradovic. Across all competitions, he averaged 9.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per contest. He parted ways with Partizan upon the conclusion of his one-year contract.

Coming out of Wisconsin and off a decorated career in the NCAA, the Illinois native was selected with the ninth overall pick of the 2015 NBA draft by the Charlotte Hornets. After four years with the Hornets, he signed with the Suns to spend the next three years with the Arizona franchise. From there, he split the 2022-23 campaign between the Atlanta Hawks and Houston Rockets.
