Santi Aldama, Memphis Grizzlies take down Victor Wembanyama in San Antonio

The Memphis Grizzlies rallied past the San Antonio Spurs, 129-115, in Frost Bank Center on Wednesday.

Overcoming the latest brilliant display by Victor Wembanyama on both ends of the court, they jumped to 26-15 in the 2024-25 NBA Regular Season.

Among the top players, Spanish Santi Aldama posted a 20-point, 10-rebound double-double alongside two assists over 26 minutes. Ja Morant produced a 21-point, 12-assist double-double in San Antonio.

On the wrong end, the French prodigy settled at 13 points, 12 rebounds, eight blocks, two steals, and two assists over 37 minutes.

Polish teammate Jeremy Sochan was sidelined with back spasms, while Georgian Sandro Mamukelashvili and French Sidy Cissoko stayed on the bench.

Knicks escape in overtime

Remaining in the starting lineup and lasting 38 minutes, French Guerschon Yabusele fell on the wrong end of an overtime affair as the New York Knicks outlasted the Philadelphia 76ers, 125-119, in Wells Fargo Center. The 29-year-old big tallied nine points, six assists, and five rebounds. Turkish reserve Adem Bona produced two points and six rebounds. For the visitors, British O.G. Anunoby threw in 17 points, four assists, and four rebounds.

Clippers win by 59

Setting a franchise record for the largest margin of victory, the Los Angeles Clippers strolled past the Brooklyn Nets, 126-67, in Intuit Dome. Croatian Ivica Zubac chipped in 11 points, nine rebounds, four assists, one block, and one steal, and French Nicolas Batum added three rebounds, one assist, and one steal. For the team coached by Spanish Jordi Fernandez, British Tosan Evbuomwan recorded seven points, three rebounds, two assists, and one steal.
