Giannis Antetokounmpo has claimed the NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors for Week 13 of the 2024/25 season.
The Greek international averaged 32 points, 12.5 rebounds, and 6.5 assists over a four-game span, leading the Milwaukee Bucks to a perfect 4-0 record.
This marks Antetokounmpo’s second Player of the Week award this season and the 25th of his career.
He opened the week with 33 points, 11 rebounds, and a season-high-tying 13 assists, recording his fifth triple-double of the season against Sacramento on Tuesday. He followed up with 26 points and 11 rebounds against Orlando on Wednesday. Antetokounmpo closed out the week with back-to-back 30-point double-doubles—35 points and 13 rebounds against Toronto on Friday, and 34 points with 15 rebounds against Philadelphia on Sunday.
In the Western Conference, Houston Rockets’ Jalen Green earned Player of the Week honors for Week 13 after leading his team to a 3-1 record, averaging 32.5 points and 3.5 assists.
