During the NBA Night, where both Alperen Sengun and Franz Wagner shone respectively for Houston and Orlando, other Europeans stepped up.
Among them, the British forward OG Anunoby went close to his career-high and had 33 points to push the New York Knicks in the Madison Square Garden over Sacramento, winning 143-120.
On the losing side, Domantas Sabonis had the umpteenth triple-double of his career with the Kings, as the Lithuanian center dropped 25 points, 13 rebounds, and 12 assists in the defeat.
James Harden beat Giannis Antetokounmpo
Talking about triple-doubles, there was another one in Los Angeles, where Damian Lillard had 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists in Milwaukee’s loss. But he wasn’t the only protagonist.
James Harden scored 40 while also adding 9 assists to give the Clippers the 127-117 win.
On the losing side, the Greek Freak still finished with a thunderous double-double of 36 points and 13 rebounds. As already said, however, Giannis Antetokounmpo wasn’t enough.
