The best scoring showing of the 2024-25 NBA Regular Season for Kristaps Porzingis sends the Boston Celtics to a comfortable win

A confident display by the Boston Celtics, fueled by Kristaps Porzingis, resulted in a 122-100 victory versus the Chicago Bulls in TD Garden on Wednesday.

The Latvian big finished with 34 points, a new personal best in the 2024-25 NBA Regular Season. He connected 10/18 from the field, including a franchise record eight three-pointers. Pulling down 11 rebounds shaped a double-double, besides also putting up three steals and three assists over 33 minutes. Portuguese Neemias Queta threw in one assist. On the wrong end, Montenegrin Nikola Vucevic finished with six points, 11 rebounds, two blocks, and two assists, while Lithuanian Matas Buzelis paired 12 points with four rebounds.

Despite a triple-double consisting of 13 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists by Lithuanian Domantas Sabonis, the Sacramento Kings lost, 117-104, to the Philadelphia 76ers in Wells Fargo Center. Ukrainian Alex Len grabbed one rebound. For the Sixers, French Guerschon Yabusele chipped in nine points, six rebounds, three assists, and one steal, while Turkish Adem Bona piled up five points, seven rebounds, and one assist.

Without Slovenian Luka Doncic (left calf strain) and German Maxi Kleber (right foot fracture), the Dallas Mavericks edged out the New Orleans Pelicans, 137-136, in Smoothie King Center. European action was limited to the hosts with German Daniel Theis recording two points, five rebounds, two blocks, one steal, and one assist.

In Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Indiana Pacers beat the Detroit Pistons, 133-119, behind a 37-point display by Pascal Siakam. For the losing side, Italian Simone Fontecchio tallied six points, four rebounds, two steals, two assists, and one block, while Swedish Bobi Klintman dished out one assist.
