While Europeans are a huge part already of the NBA free agents market, the Mike Conley record deal dominates the headlines so far and two more big moves are completed. Also one of the big name stars may change address.

Dwight Howard has agreed to a three-year, $70.5 million deal with the Atlanta Hawks, The deal is totally guaranteed with no option and this is a move than may bring many more changes in the roster.

On Friday, the Heat reached a verbal commitment with center Hassan Whiteside on a four-year contract that could be worth up to $98 million. The decision likely will force the Heat to renounce Wade’s rights regardless of Durant’s decision. The Miami Heat focus on a Sunday meeting with Kevin Durant, free agent Dwyane Wade is intensifying talks with other teams, including the New York Knicks and Milwaukee Bucks.

Also the Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to a four-year, $94 million contract with Chandler Parsons who left Dallas. Meanwhile Andre Drummond and the Detroit Pistons have agreed on a five-year maximum contract in the $130 million range, Al Jefferson is leaving Charlotte for the Indiana Pacers after a verbal agreement on a three-year, $30 million deal and The Washington Wizards have agreed to a deal with Bradley Beal which will pay him also $130 million. And it’s not a surprise that DeMar DeRozan has decided to remain in a Toronto Raptors uniform, agreeing to a five-year, $139 million deal.

So far the marquee European signings include Luol Deng in the Lakers, Noah to the Knicks, Fournier’s extension with Orlando, Teletovic to the Bucks, Batum’s extension with Charlotte and of course Timofey Mozgov to the Lakers.
