Manu Ginobili has agreed with the San Antionio Spurs to a one-year, $14 million deal to stay with the team, as Shams Charania reports.

The Spurs announced Ginobili’s renewal on Thursday night after using their salary cap space to sign former Pau Gasol, Davis Bertans, Dejounte Murray, Dewayne Dedmon, Ryan Arcidacono and Bryn Forbes.

Ginobili had a two-year $30 million offer from the Philadelphia 76ers, and that was the key point for Spurs to change their initial $10 million offer to the player.

The 38-year-old Argentinean guard has been playing with the Spurs since 2002.
