Brooklyn Nets ink Scola, Bennett and Foye

The Brooklyn Nets have proceeded in adding quality and depth to the team by adding free agents Luis Scola, Anthony Bennett and Randy Foye.

Luis Scola will join Kenny Atkinson’s team with a one-year contract. The 36-year-old Argentinean power forward arrives from the Toronto Raptors, where he averaged 8.7 points and 4.7 assists.

Anthony Bennett, No. 1 pick in the 2013 draft arrives to Nets for two seasons, including a guarantee. The Canadian will play in his fourth team in four years after passing through Cleveland, Minnesota and Toronto.

The Nets have also inked point guard Randy Foye, No. 7 pick in 2006 draft. He spent last season in Oklahoma and averaged 5.6 points and 1.8 rebounds in little less than 20 minutes.
