L.A. Lakers center Timofey Mozgov admitted to missing the city of Cleveland, answering a related question by 60smol.com.
“To be honest I miss that place,” said the Russian big guy. When asked what made it so special, he added, “Everything was special.” Mozgov spent the previous season with the Cavaliers winning the championship ring.
Regarding his current team’s progress and the recent struggles that have brought the Lakers to a 14 – 26 record, he said, “So far we got some tough losses. But I think we’ll soon play the same as played in the beginning of the season. Be together and enjoy the game. We’ll be good.”
Mozgov averages 8 points and 4.8 rebounds in 24 minutes per game with the Lakers.
