The Pelicans announced on Friday that Casspi will be sidelined for four to six weeks. He was part of the Pelicans‘ blockbuster trade on Sunday with the Sacramento Kings in which three-time All-Star DeMarcus Cousins was the centerpiece.
With the available roster spot, the Pelicans are expected to sign Reggie Williams to a 10-day contract, according to the Vertical.
