After being ruled out indefinitely due to an occurrence with a minor heart arrhythmia, LaMarcus Aldridge got the OK from the doctors to jump on the floor again and play basketball.
As the San Antonio Spurs announced, the 31-year-old center “has been cleared to resume all basketball activities”, following “multiple tests and examinations by numerous expects in the field”.
In fact, Aldridge is good to go for tonight’s match between the Spurs and the Portland Trail Blazers with no restrictions.
“We are thankful that LaMarcus will be able to rejoin the team,” said Spurs GM RC Buford. “All of us have been impressed with the professionalism and grace he has shown in dealing with this situation.”
