According to the report, “several teams reached out to the New York Knicks to talk about possible trades for Kristaps Porzingis in the days after he skipped his exit meeting with team president Phil Jackson and general manager Steve Mills”.
The big question, however, is what the Knicks want to do with Porzingins who is viewed by many in the organization as a future franchise cornerstone. He is entering the third year of his rookie contract and it’s obvious that many teams would like to have him, if there’s a fallout between him and the Knicks.
