After playing a key role in helping Strasbourg reach the French League Finals, Frank Ntilikina is on his way to a flash round-trip to the USA in order to undergo the mandatory medical examinations ahead of the NBA Draft.
Before crossing the Atlantic, he went to Venice which is near Treviso where the Adidas Eurocamp is held and met with Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and GM Donnie Nelson.
This is more than a “chance meeting”. As the highest projected European player of his class, Ntilikina is currently expected to be chosen with the 9th pick, which is owned by the Mavs.
“Where there’s smoke, there’s also fire”, right? The 18-year-old guard’s agent, Olivier Mazet posted the following picture on Twitter.
