As the “Los Angeles Times” report in the last line of their text, there was a meeting between the player who has a contract with Panathinaikos and the Clippers.
Singleton is referred as a free agent and it’s a well known fact that his contract with the Greek club contains an NBA buy out, which is probably manageable. Meanwhile, at least CSKA Moscow and EA7 Emporio Armani Milano have made contact with the side of the player and possibly also with Panathinaikos in order to buy him out and sign him.
So far, Panathinaikos is not eager to “sell” the player to an other EuroLeague club, however if Singleton has an offer from the NBA, he can just pay the buy out and leave.
