Greek-American combo guard Tyler Dorsey is bound to sign an NBA contract with the Atlanta Hawks, as reported by Shams Charania of the Vertical.
Dorsey was selected with the 41st pick on the 2nd Round of the 2017 Draft by the Hawks.
The 21-year-old player comes from his sophomore year with the university of Oregon during which he averaged 14,6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game with the Ducks, leading his team to the NCAA Final Four.
He then scored 21 points in a semifinal loss by North Carolina Tar Heels who proceeded to become champions.
In 2015, Dorsey participated in the U19 World Championship with the Greek national team where he was named in the All-Tournament Squad. Last summer, he first joined the senior NT as a member of the preliminary squad ahead of the Olympic Qualification Tournament.
