ASM Sports, an agency headed by Andy Miller, was raided by the FBI amidst an ongoing NCAA corruption scandal last week. Porzingis’ brother, Janis, works for ASM and is his primary agent. It’s been known that a couple of clients already left the agency, but what about Porzingis?
When asked about it, he didn’t give a definitive answer.
“Honestly I’m not informed enough to talk about that,’’ Kristaps said after returning to practice on Friday. “I’m not sure what’s going on, really. I’m in a similar situation right now — I want to focus on training camp right here. However that comes out, we’ll go from there.’’
