The L.A. Clippers announced that guard Patrick Beverley will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing right knee surgery.
More specifically, Beverley had an arthroscopic lateral meniscus repair and a microfracture procedure on his right knee. His absence is a crushing blow for the Clippers that are thin in their backcourt since they don’t expect to see Milos Teodosic soon back to action, per ESPN.
Beverley, 29, averaged 12.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.7 steals in 30 minutes per game.
