After beating the Cavs on Tuesday, the Bucks faced the Hornets on the first game of a home-in-home series.
Milwaukee overcame a deficit and ended up winning 109-104. Giannis Antetokounmpo was everywhere once again as he scored 26 points, adding 7 rebounds, 5 assists and a steal.
Nicolas Batum had 14 points, 1 rebound and 6 assists for the losing side.
Marco Belinelli was on fire from beyond the arc, hitting five treys on his way to 27 points but the Hawks effort fell short as Russel Westbrook drained the game-winning three with 1.7 left.
Ersan Ilyasova had 22 points for the losing side.
Nikola Jokic had 27 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocks in an important 102-85 win of Denver in Portland. Jusuf Nurkic had 10 points and one rebound for the losing side.
