As ESPN reports: “several teams are interested in Knicks center Willy Hernangomez”. While no names are mentioned, it’s obvious that a trade can benefit both sides.
Hernangomez wasn’t used in 13 of the Knicks‘ past 16 games as Enes Kanter and Kyle O’Quinn have filled out the Knicks’ rotation at center.
The Spaniard averaged 8.2 points, 7.0 rebounds per game in 18 minutes during his rookie season and a change of scenery may be the best thing for him right now.
