Following a “heated” dialogue between New York Knicks head coach Jeff Hornacek and center Joakim Noah, the club has been looking how to part ways with the player, according to Shams Charania of The Vertical.
Noah had temporarily left the team due to “personal reasons” a few days ago. Per ESPN’S Ian Begley, the French big didn’t show up in today’s practice and is expected to miss tomorrow’s match against the Brooklyn Nets.
Hornacek didn’t make any comment when asked if the club has been in contact with Noah.
Since his return following his suspension for “violating anti-drug policy”, Noah has been averaging 1.7 points in merely 5.7 minutes per game.
