Mirza Teletovic refuted the reports saying that his career is over via a message on his official Twitter account.
“It’s not over till I say it’s over recovery is going great,” the Bosnian forward tweeted. He further confirmed that he hasn’t called it quits yet, after being asked by a fan if the report regarding his retirement are true. He replied, “No it’s not my friend”.
Teletovic has been out indefinitely since December 15, due to pulmonary emboli in both of his lungs. He had played 10 games with the Bucks this season, averaging 7.1 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assist in 15.9 minutes per match while shooting 46.7 percent from 3-point range.
