18-year-old Ukrainian guard Issuf Sanon will declare for the 2018 NBA draft, per ESPN. He’s expected to keep his name past the June 11 withdrawal deadline.
Since January, Sanon has been playing for Slovenian club Olimpija Lubjana. Over six ABA League games he has averaged 3 points and 1.2 rebounds in nine minutes per match. He also averaged 11.5 points plus 4 rebounds in the Slovenian League regular season.
Last summer, Sanon had an impressive run with the Ukrainian national team in the U-18 European Championship where he finished with 19.3 points, 6.1 rebounds, plus 2.7 assists per game.
