Houston Rockets center Clint Capela has been attracting great interest by the Phoenix Suns who are planning to offer him even a max contract deal once the player hits the free agency on summer, according to USA Today’s Rockets Wire.
The Swiss player’s rookie deal with the Rockets expires at the end of the season and the Suns are willing to spend a part of their projected $102 million salary cap space in order to acquire him.
Capella is averaging 14.4 points, 12.2 rebounds and 2.8 blocks per game in postseason with the Rockets.
