Maccabi Tel Aviv forward and Philadelphia 76ers stash Jonah Bolden has certainly made an impression to Sixers President and GM Bryan Colangelo.
Colangelo said that out of all the Sixers’ draft-and-stash picks, Bolden is the “most likely” to actually join the team next season, per Jessica Camerato of NBC Sports.
The Australian forward averaged 6.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 0.9 blocks in 21 minutes per game over 29 EuroLeague matches with Maccabi. He’s widely considered as one of the top defenders of the team.
Bolden was chosen with the 36th overall pick by the Sixers in the 2017 Draft. In July he signed a three-year contract with Maccabi that includes an NBA buyout.
Colangelo said the most likely of last year’s draft-and-stash picks to play on the Sixers next season is Jonah Bolden.
