2018 Draft prospect Mo Bamba believes that the Chicago Bulls will have a highly potent and versatile frontcourt duo if they select him to pair him with Finnish big Lauri Markkanen.
“I think Lauri and I, we are the frontcourt of the future. He can step out and shoot it really well which gives me a lot of room to operate down low,” Bamba said during his workout for the Bulls.
Of course, other teams like the Atlanta Hawks or the Dallas Mavericks will have to skip the choice of picking Bamba for him to land with the Bulls. Chicago selects seventh overall and the former Texas Longhorns center has been projected from being the third to sixth pick by various mock drafts.

Bamba has made an impression thanks to his athleticism, leaping abilities plus some exceptional length and size. During the NBA combine his height was measured at approximately 7′ 1” and wingspan at a record-breaking 7′ 10”.
The previous owner of the record? French big Rudy Gobert.
