Just two days after the report about the upcoming deal between Brad Wanamaker and the Celtics, his teammate in Fenerbache James Nunnally worked out privately for the Portland Trail Blazers, according to ESPN’s Chris Haynes.
Considering the fact that Nunnally worked out by himself, it seems that Portland’s interest is legitimate and it remains to be seen if it will end up in a deal.
The 27 years old James Nunnally spent the last two seasons in Fenerbache, winning two Turkish BSL titles and also the 2017 EuroLeague. He has played a total of 13 NBA games for Atlanta and the Sixers.
