Brooklyn Nets forward/center Kenneth Faried was arrested for marijuana possession in Bridgehampton, New York per NetsDaily.
Faried was found in possession of more than two ounces of marijuana after a vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped during a sobriety checkpoint, Sunday (19/8 morning. He was charged with a fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and his cash was seized by the police. The 29-year-old player was later released on $500 bail.
The Nets acquired Faried in July via trade with the Denver Nuggets that also included current Lokomotiv Kuban guard Isaiah Whitehead. Faried averaged 5.9 points and 4.8 rebounds over 32 games in 2017-2018.
