The New York Knicks are planning to unload French center Joakim Noah before they begin the training camp, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
While the Knicks are trying to part ways with Noah via a trade, it’s possible that they’ll eventually just waive the player.
Noah had been at the exit door of the Knicks since earlier this year and following a “heated argument” with then head coach Jeff Hornacek. In total, he played in just seven games with New York in 2017-2018, averaging merely 5.7 minutes.
