The Boston Celtics have exercised the third-year option on Guerschon Yabusele’s contract, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Yabusele, the 16th overall pick by Boston, has been playing with the Celtics since 2017. In the previous season, the 22-year-old French forward participated in 33 regular season games, posting 2.4 points and 1.6 rebounds over 7.1 minutes. He also spent a major part of 2017-2018 with the Maine Red Claws in G-League.
So far in 2017-2018, Yabusele has played in four games with the Celtics, averaging 4.3 minutes per match.
