Nikola Vucevic put in an impressive performance Wednesday night. He got 11 points in the fourth quarter on his way to 30 points season-high and to Orlando Magic’s victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. “We stayed poised for 48 minutes. We got down 16 and we kept fighting. Getting stops was the big thing” he mentioned after the match.
The 28-year-old forward/center took advantage whenever the Sixers went small and sank some clutch points down the stretch. His effective play overshadowed Joel Embiid‘s first career triple-double (19pts, 13reb, 10ast) and Jimmy Butler’s (14pts) debut with his new team.
