Despite missing the start of the 2018-19 season due to injury, Bogdan Bogdanovic seems ready to shine. On Sunday he was in action for the second time in 24 hours and even started a game for the first time this year. It remains to be seen if he’ll remain in Dave Joerger’s starting five upon Iman Shumpert’s return.
In his first 2018-19 start, the 26-year-old Serb guard sank 20 points with 6/14 from the field, also had three rebounds, three assists and a steal in 34 minutes. However, the Sacramento Kings suffered a home defeat at the hand of the Utah Jazz after Saturday’s away loss against the Golden State Warriors.
